Chris Fox
With 16 years of national security experience in the CIA, Air Force Special Warfare, and the Army JAG Corps, Chris leads Vigilant’s strategic vision. He also brings experience from the DOJ, DHS, State Department, and the tech industry. He holds a JD from Georgetown and an MPA from the University of Southern California.

Ryan Dalton
Ryan is a former special agent at the U.S. Department of State, where he served on the overseas crisis response and tactical team. Ryan is a YCombinator graduate and experienced founder who has exited multiple startups. He holds a JD from the University of Memphis and is admitted to the Tennessee bar.

Ellie Pikula
Ellie is a former FBI special agent specializing in cyber operations and organized crime. She leads product design and business development at Vigilant. Ellie also co-founded Shaipe, which provides businesses with targeted advertising and branding.

Betty Fox
Betty is an Army medical officer with 12 years of practice including executive medicine in the White House under two administrations. She oversees Vigilant’s emergency and medical response capabilities. Betty holds a BS in Nursing from NYU and is pursuing a Doctorate in Nurse Anesthesia Practice.
